It would be helpful if you said that this is for Bioshock: the collection or if you bought all 3 games seperately. If you have the collection all the dlc is included for all 3 games. if not, you bought different versions of the later games then. not the ultimate rapture edition for 2.

The game's framerate can be unlocked ever since the Xbox 360, although it struggles to keep consistent framerate, I would assume the extra horse power from the Xbox One let alone the XSX would be enough to reach and be stable at 60fps.
